How Much Does Virtual Tour Hosting Cost? (By Listing Volume, 2026)

Quick Answer

Hosting a listing tour costs a real estate photographer about $5–10 per listing on pay-per-listing platforms, or a flat $49–179 a month on a subscription like Aryeo Pro. At 10 listings a month, that's roughly $50–100 a month whichever you choose. Spiro ($5/listing) is the cheapest published pay-per-listing price at every volume. A subscription only wins on cost once you're steadily above about 20 listings a month.

Disclosure: PFRE Tour is one of the platforms below, and on price alone it isn't the cheapest at any volume. We've put our own numbers in the same table as everyone else's. Every price was checked on the vendor's own site in October 2026. If one has changed, tell us at [email protected] and we'll fix it.

What you're actually paying for

"Tour hosting" here means what a listing photographer delivers to an agent: a hosted page with the photos (and often video, floor plans, or 3D), a branded link for marketing, an unbranded link for the MLS, and downloads. The platforms below price that in one of two ways:

  • Per listing. You pay when you deliver a listing and nothing in a month you don't. Spiro, HD Photo Hub, TourBuzz, and PFRE Tour work this way.
  • Subscription. A flat monthly fee covers a yearly listing allowance. Aryeo Pro works this way, with tiers by how many listings a year you deliver.

The headline prices:

  • Spiro: $5 per listing, white label at no extra charge.
  • HD Photo Hub: $5 for a basic white-label delivery, $10 for a full delivery with property sites and a marketing kit.
  • TourBuzz: $8 for a single property website, with 12 months of hosting. Photo delivery orders are $2.50. 3D tours with a floor plan start at $20 and include the property website.
  • Aryeo: Lite is free. Pro is $49/month (100 listings a year), $99/month (250 a year), or $179/month (500 a year).
  • PFRE Tour: $10 for one tour, $9 each in a 10-pack, $8 each in a 20-pack, with 2 years of hosting per tour. White label (your own domain) is $14 / $12 / $10.

Monthly cost by listing volume

Here's what each one costs a month at a steady 1, 5, 10, 20, and 40 listings a month. For PFRE Tour the range is single credits down to 20-packs. For Aryeo it's the smallest Pro tier whose yearly allowance covers that volume.

Listings / month 1 5 10 20 40
Spiro ($5)$5$25$50$100$200
HD Photo Hub ($5 basic / $10 full)$5–10$25–50$50–100$100–200$200–400
TourBuzz ($8 property site)$8$40$80$160$320
Aryeo Pro (smallest tier that fits)$49$49$99$99$179
PFRE Tour ($8–10)$8–10$40–50$80–90$160$320

Prices checked on each vendor's site in October 2026. Aryeo Pro tiers are yearly allowances (100 / 250 / 500 listings), so 5 a month (60 a year) fits the $49 tier, and 10 or 20 a month (120 or 240 a year) fit the $99 tier. Aryeo Lite is $0 but isn't in the table because Aryeo doesn't publish its listing limits or hosting term. CloudPano isn't included because it's 360° panorama software on a subscription (about $19–49/month), a different kind of product.

What the table says

  • At low volume, pay-per-listing wins easily. One listing a month costs $5–10 per listing against $49 for Aryeo Pro. If all you need is a delivery page, Aryeo Lite is free; check its limits on Aryeo's site first.
  • Spiro is the cheapest pay-per-listing price at every volume, and it includes white label. HD Photo Hub's basic delivery ties it.
  • Around 20 listings a month, the subscription catches up. Aryeo's $99 tier at 20 a month is about $4.95 a listing. At 40 a month, the $179 tier is about $4.48. That's below every per-listing price here.
  • PFRE Tour and TourBuzz cost about the same, $8–10 a listing, and are in the middle of the pack on price.

Steady volume vs. real volume

The table assumes the same number of listings every month. Most photographers don't work like that: spring is busy, December is quiet, and some years you take a month off. Two things follow from that:

  • Per-listing costs follow your actual work. A quiet month costs nothing, so a 120-listing year costs the same whether it's 10 a month or 25 in May and 3 in January.
  • Aryeo's allowances are yearly, not monthly, so seasonality within a year doesn't push you into a higher tier. What a subscription charges for is the months you don't use, and every month if your volume drops for good.

How long the tour stays live

The other half of the cost is how long hosting lasts before you pay again, or the link stops working. This differs more than the prices do:

Platform Hosting included After that
PFRE Tour2 years per tourA tour with no edits for 2 years is archived; un-archiving it from the edit page is free. Long-archived tours can be removed, after an email warning.
TourBuzz12 monthsExtended hosting priced by active tours: $15/year for 1–5, $30/year for 6–10, $70/year for 11–50
AryeoProperty sites expire 1 year after creation unless renewed (per its terms)Renew in Aryeo
SpiroNot publishedCheck before relying on it for long listings
HD Photo HubNot publishedCheck before relying on it for long listings

To be fair about how much this matters: most listings go under contract well inside a year, so any of these terms covers a typical sale. And TourBuzz's extension is cheap, about $15 a year to keep a handful of old tours live. The term matters for:

  • Slow or expensive listings that sit for more than a year.
  • Expired and relisted homes, where the agent wants the same tour link back on the MLS.
  • Rentals and vacation rentals that keep using the same photos for years.
  • Your portfolio. Old tours are often the work you show new agents.

If those are a big part of your work, the real question is whether you'll remember to renew, and whether the link breaks if you don't. A longer included term is less to track, not necessarily less money.

Costs that change the math

  • White label. Serving tours from your own domain with no platform branding is free on Spiro, part of HD Photo Hub's $5 basic delivery, and $10–14 a tour on PFRE Tour. If your brand matters, compare white-label prices, not base prices.
  • 3D. TourBuzz 3D tours with a floor plan start at $20. PFRE Tour hosts 3D walkthroughs made with a 360 camera for $15 per listing. Matterport has its own subscription and hosting costs; see what Matterport actually costs a photographer.
  • What else is included. Aryeo Pro's fee also covers scheduling, invoicing, and payroll. HD Photo Hub's full delivery includes property sites and a marketing kit. If you'd otherwise pay for those tools separately, the subscription buys more than hosting.
  • Who pays. Most photographers build hosting into the shoot price rather than billing it as its own line. Against a typical shoot fee, a $5–10 difference per listing is small. See how much to charge for real estate photography.

How to choose

  • Under about 10 listings a month, or very seasonal: pay per listing. Spiro is cheapest; pick between the others on features, branding, and hosting term.
  • A steady 20+ a month, and you'd use the scheduling and invoicing: Aryeo Pro is the cheapest per listing and includes more than hosting.
  • You want a long included hosting term and simple MLS links: that's what PFRE Tour is built for, at $8–10 a tour with 2 years included. You're paying a few dollars more than Spiro for that.
