I am a native Californian having lived here in Orange County for the majority of my life. Myself, my daughters and now my granddaughter have all graduated from the same high school.. That's unusual in a state where statistics show people move every 5-7 years. Therefore, I know Orange County and the surrounding areas very well and feel passionate about it's wonderful qualities.
Having been raised in a large family of seven kids where I was the oldest was a great learning tool for how to be responsible and "get things done." That's an invaluable aid in the real estate business where transactions are not easy and require ongoing micromanagement. As my dad was a contractor there was ample opportunity to work and learn how to rehabilitate properties. That knowledge has come in handy in helping my clients fix-up properties prior to market or advising them on purchasing a fixer upper. My dad invested in real estate and was also a licensed agent. For the past 7 years my youngest daughter, Carol, is licensed and we work as a team so you can see real estate is "in the blood." Carol speaks Spanish which is an asset in our area. I offer full service property management and I am a Notary Public.
I have been in the business for 34 years so have seen a few different challenging markets,either for buyers or sellers. It has been my good fortune to work with many wonderful clients and now their children as well. I have never wanted to be anywhere else other than the real estate business. Working with my clients to achieve their goal whether it is to buy their first home or to sell an apartment building and trade for another investment is the most satisfying feeling for me. During a transaction I stick to my clients like glue and feel that sense of responsibility like I did to my siblings to protect their interests at all costs.
